ABOUT ANMOL ZINDAGI
Some of the beneficial aspects are that when the elders who do not recieve enough care at their respective homes, because of family members having to work throughout most of the day, whereas at an old age home the elderly will recieve supervision and care for 24hours a day, 7days a week and 365 days a year. Old age home have trained personal who are dedicated at their job and are quick to responsed to any of the aged people's needs. Old age homes provide its clients with different daily activities.
Now the question arises as to how this centre was actualluy established. There was this retired man named Perwaiz Amanat who by profession was a physiotherapist. On one occassion he went to attend to a particular female individual. Her family had requested this man to please help them find a centre, where they can admit her as they can no longer take care due to their extremly demanding lifestyle. On hearing this Perwaiz became engulfed with sadness and went home and requested his dad's permission to take in this patient at their home. His dad without hesitation agreed but when Perwaiz approached the patients family with his idea, they boldly refused, stating that they did not want her to be a burden to any individual or their families. Thus is when he decided to establish an old home which is known today as ANMOL ZINDAGI. Today, this very centre has 6 females and 23 males admitted and are very well taken care off. Anmol zindagi is situated in North nazimabad, karachi which is one of the busiest cities of PAKISTAN.
